Cook 'Rabri' In A Very Easy Way

TODAY's RECIPEE

RABRI


Ingredients:-
-1 litre milk
-1 cup sugar
-1 cup chopped pistachios(pista),almonds and keshewnuts
-10-12 strands of saffron(kesar)

Method To Prepare:-

1.boil the milk for about 10-15 minutes.
2.Then add khoya to give it some good consistency and again simmer for 10 minutes.
3.Then add all the dry fruits and saffron strands.
4.then after sometime add sugar.
5.keep it boiling untill you get a particular consistency.(total 30 minutes approximately)

HOW TO SERVE:-

1.Pour the rubbri in small bowls
2.then sprinkle the chopped dry fruits on it.
3.then put a rose petal in the centre and refrigerate them.
4.then after 1-2 hour it will become ready to serve.
