Cheese Chillie

Ingredients:-
  • 1/2 kg Cheese(cut into small triangle or square shaped pieces)
  • 5 tbsp refined flour (maida)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 Capsicum (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp chillie sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chillie powder
  • Water as required for making batter   
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method:-

1.Mix refined flour,cornflour and water and make a thin batter
2. Dip the cheese pieces in it and deep fry them.
3.In a seprate pan,add 2 tbsp oil and roast onions till they become golden brown.
4.Then add capsicum.chillie sauce,soya sauce,tomato sauce,salt & red chillie powder and saute them.
NOTE:-
If you want to make cheese chillie snack then do not add tomato purie.If you want to make cheese chillie vegetable then add tomato purie along with all sauces and spices.
5.At the time of serving,add cheese and cook for another 2 minutes
6.Cheese chillie is ready to serve.
